The Ocho is what we are calling the new place in Tea. If you know the address you'll get it. We like it here. It isn't as big as the former residence but it sure is nice. Can't complain about brand new! The layout if very efficient.

I just love that their rooms are right across from each other with the bathroom in the middle. Brilliant. Both rooms have very good sized closets. In college I had a bedroom about the same size as the closets.

We managed to get the important stuff to fit: the comfy couch, entertainment center and table. What else could we possibly need?! There is still a surprising amount of floor space for the kids to play.
The kitchen is nice, decent cabinet space, a pantry, (Love the pantry. We now have space for cereal boxes, never had that before.) good counter space and we still have a spot for our bar stools. There is also a small desk in the kitchen to fit our laptop. The laundry is right off of the kitchen. I can cook and do laundry at the same time! Haha.
Master bedroom with bathroom. It's a nice touch that there are sliding glass doors that go to the deck. I've actually had a morning where I could go out on the deck and watch the sunrise.
