Pirates and Princesses

It had been awhile since we'd played at Barnes & Noble. This time Abe was able to join in on the train table fun!

Pretty in purple. We were out on a nature walk when we spotted those pretty, purple flowers that matched Matilda's pretty, purple shirt.

They switched instruments. What talent!

We are sharing a garden plot in a community garden with some friends. We planted beans, peas, carrots, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, radishes and lettuce. Benjamin Bunny better stay away!

We made a couple of fairy gardens for out on the deck. Those fairies sure are lucky!

Abe wants to play in the sand, too!

 

Here they are painting scenes from Miss Rumphius. She made the world more beautiful by scattering Lupine seeds wherever she went. 

Their paintings have come a long way from one big blob on the paper.

A day in the life of two pirates. Do you see a mess or do you see imagination and creativity? Your peace of mind depends on your perspective.
